This holistic blend contains Orange Peel, Peppermint, Holy Basil, Turmeric Root, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Dong Quai Root, Astragalus Root, Hibiscus Flower, Cinnamon, Milk Thistle, Motherwort, Calendula, Lavender, Rose Petals and White Sage, all infused with a mix of Epsom salts.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR YONI/V-STEAM

In a medium pot, pour 2-6 cups of FILTERED water.
Place one handful of fresh herbs into the water.
Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to simmer,
It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using.
Pour the mixture into the bowl, make sure it's not too HOT, always test before steaming so as not to burn the genital skin.
You are ready to steam, disrobe from the waist down, sit over the steaming herbs, drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist down to the floor making sure no steam escapes.
